Who am I?
I have been a realtor in the Washington DC area since 1994, successfully representing private buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties. Throughout my real estate career I have marketed and sold properties of many sizes and values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
I have consistently helped sellers present their properties in the best possible light and at the highest price the market can bear.
In addition to working in all aspects and phases of real estate transactions, including the intricacies of being an area landlord for over 20 years, I have successfully assisted buyers to present effective personal financial pictures for future loan qualification.
Educated in Europe and having lived in North America, Europe, Africa and Latin America while accompanying my husband on foreign postings, I've been fortunate to learn different languages and acquire insights into other cultures. In addition to English, I am fluent in Spanish and German; with a working knowledge of French.
